Vendor / Sub Vendor Selection:- Selection of Vendor & Sub Vendor is done based on their experience and internal quality control. This ensures correct vendor. Inspectors Quality control, Planning and design engineers jointly select sub Vendor.
Material Management:- In general, raw materials like plates / sheets / pipes / Structural are being produced from vendors / dealers. However, specification code and certification is being checked before dispatch.
Safety Standards:- To achieve the quality product within a time frame without losing any man hour. To train work force for safety standard and to educate each and every work force working in the project for safe & secured environment.
